In the next home we will hopefully have (among with a few more bedrooms and bathrooms and a sunnier outdoor space) a bigger kitchen. And one thing I really like in kitchens are islands. The plan is to have one that would be used for informal dining/ snacking, breakfasting or a spot to just read the paper and not to mention the central point for any party (as any good party will end up in the kitchen).
